Cream sherry is often available in the w...Hi Emily! Cream sherry is often available in the wine section of larger grocery stores or in liquor stores. It is typically fairly cheap. I think I've usually spent less than $8 for a 750 mL bottle. Be aware there is both a cream sherry and a dry sherry. Both will work fine, but in this application, I prefer the cream sherry as I think it's a little more mellow.
